Another project from my 11th grade fashion class: an eyelet lace day dress.
I used Butterick pattern B5315, view A, but with the skirt from view B.
The pattern did not originally call for a lining, but since eyelet is defined by having HOLES in it... I didn't really have a choice but to make a lining. So the skirt and the front of the bodice are fully lined.
The dress, somehow, ended up being too big for me. Especially at the chest! But it fits my best friend just beautifully!
